and resources can lose the innovation battle against startups. This is why I became fascinated by Corporate Innovation.

My mission is to crack the biggest riddle of management:

What is necessary to change to turn an a large organization to an innovator? What do companies need to continously adapt so that they can create something that matters to customers, and ultimately survive?
